Can you inflate a low tire?
Yes, tire inflation is included. A tire that is punctured, damaged, separated from the rim, or repeatedly losing pressure may need repair or replacement.
Can you jump-start my battery?
Battery jump-start assistance is available when the vehicle and conditions are suitable. A vehicle that still will not start may require diagnostics or towing.
Do you replace batteries at the vehicle?
Mobile battery replacement assistance may be available when a suitable replacement battery is available and the battery can be accessed safely.

Can you help when my keys are locked inside?
Car lockout assistance is available for the vehicle owner or an authorized driver. Identification and proof of ownership or authority may be requested.
Does lockout assistance include making or programming keys?
No. The listed service covers vehicle access assistance. Key cutting, replacement, programming, and ignition repair are not included unless separately confirmed.
How much emergency fuel is delivered?
A limited emergency amount may be delivered to help the vehicle restart and reach a nearby fuel station. It is not intended to fill the entire tank.
Can I request gasoline or diesel?
Gasoline or diesel delivery may be available. Confirm the correct fuel type before service because using the wrong fuel can damage the vehicle.
Can every electric vehicle receive charging assistance?
No. EV assistance depends on the vehicle, connector, battery state, compatible equipment, location, and availability. Towing may be appropriate when charging cannot be provided.

Does Road Hero Assistant own a tow truck?
Towing is initially arranged through a service partner. Availability, equipment, destination, and pricing must be confirmed for each request.
What information is needed for towing?
Provide the vehicle make, model, year, condition, exact pickup location, desired destination, and any access restrictions such as garage clearance.
Some situations require emergency services.
Roadside assistance is not a substitute for police, fire, ambulance, or other public emergency response.
